DIY Engine Oil Change

For those who likes to DIY or just wanto save some money n time, u can DIY oil change. It is not hard at all... U just need some proper tools.. dats it... Only takes about 30mins to complete...

Tools needed:
1. 2 tonne jack
2. 17mm wrench
3. Oil filter wrench/opener
4. Oil container

1. Jack up ur car.. make sure it is firm n steady.. Remove oil cap as well...

2. Place container under the oil pan n remove the bolt

3. Drain oil completely

4. Place container under oilf filter n remove the filter with a oil filter wrench/opener

5. Apply a thin film of engine oil onto new oil filter's gasket

6. Screw in new oil filter in place until tight... Use your hand only..

7. Put back the bolt n tighten it.. Make sure it is really tight, else it will leak...

8. Pour in new engine oil... approximately 3/4 of the oil in the bottle... Check the level n fill until enough. Place the cap in place n done!!
