The OEM ARB bushed are already harden and I think its time to replace them. So decided to try out the Polyurethane bushes from Super Pro. Got them at a good price too!!
Well, my car front suspension has been lowered not long ago and I noticed the ARB bushes have deformed badly due to the slanted angle of the ARB bcos of the lowered ride height.
For this installation, I have shortened the bush spacer by approximately 10mm each side. However, after installation, I noticed the ARB angle is not much different due to the thicker PU bush. Just imagine how it would be if I did not shorten the spacer.
Installation of these bushes are fairly simple and does not require to remove the wheels for installation. The results after the installation was quite obvious. The steering response seems very responsive and the steering seems lighter. Strange... but i like that!! Hahaha!! |
